Cancellation, Contact, and Payment Policy

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our services and to accommodate other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation, contact, and payment policy:

24-Hour Notice

We kindly request that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation and No-Show Fees

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.

No-shows (missed appointments with no contact made) will be required to pay a no-show fee of $25, and this is NOT transferable to the next appointment.

How to Cancel

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at 602-944-9661 or info@paloverdeanimalhospital.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled time.

Appointments made through our online scheduler can be rescheduled/canceled through the confirmation email you received when making the appointment.

Payment Instructions

Payments for cancellation fees are to be made within 14 days of receipt of the invoice. Please ensure a timely settlement to avoid any further complications.

Fees accrued must be paid before any further appointments can be made.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late for their appointment may be required to reschedule, and the cancellation fee may apply.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
